By contacting us here you get help with service and support on Xiaomi Scooters, Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaners and Xiaomi Handheld Vacuum Cleaners.
You fill in a service request together with our customer service and then send your product to Mistores' own workshop. All contact and work takes place under the same roof, so that you as a customer can quickly benefit from your Xiaomi product again.
A consignment note is provided free of charge in warranty cases.
Products not under warranty
For service and support on Xiaomi products after the warranty period has expired, for tire replacement or other service on your scooter, service on robot vacuum cleaner or other Xiaomi product contact us here for a cost estimate/quote. Of course, we perform all service with original parts.

Service and support on Xiaomi mobile phones are not handled by the Mistores workshop. Please contact Conmodo for further assistance. Use the link below to report your case and then send your phone directly to the workshop.
